Its a nice break for me to get to talk to someone my height for a change. <BR/><BR/>Almost all our problems up here with guys push jerking singles was because of failure to drop back under the weight. It helped when we started telling people to fall fast while the bar is still travelling up, we just had to remind them to open the hips all the way if they were trying too hard to fall. I videoed it, and as it turns out I'm basically push PRESSING it. I got tired and DID NOT re-dip to catch the weight. So, I'm A) pumped that I can PP/PJ 225 now and that with some form tweaks the sky is the limit on the jerk.
