Swim: 2 x 500m/y x 2 min recoveries
Bike: 2 x 5k x 2min recoveries
Run: 2 x 1000m x 2 min recoveries
C2: 2 X 1200m x 2 min recoveries

  3. The only reason you wanted a mainsite WOD was because you think you'll do better because of the Bench Press portion. Instead of trying to sandbag your life from start to finish how about embracing some new challenges and preparing yourself to turn weak fitness links into strengths. Or we could just let you act very rudely during WODs by questioning other CrossFitters technique... bully.

    Worked out at north annex and had to modify. Samy I tried the swinging bar for dips but i really need my teeth.

    5 HSPU not exact but feet very high and torso vertical
    10 Pushups
    15 45# Thrusters
    15 standard dips on dip station

    20:00 mins 6 rounds
