Negative Split Tempo's for your choice of:
Swim: 1000m/y total: at 85% for first 500m/y then pick it up to 95% on the last 500m/y
Bike: 20 miles total: at 85% for first 10 miles then pick it up to 95% on the last 10 miles
Run: 10k total: at 85% for first 5k then pick it up to 95% on the last 5k
C2: 3000m total: at 85% first 1500m recover 1min, then 95% for second 1500m

  3. Try to get in the habit of snapping pics of your scores with your cell phone camera's. Noobs.

    The Burpee Tax-Master is always in a shadow waiting anxiously to render payment.

    If Chalupa can figure out how to post scores than anyone can... I had to spend an hour and a half on the phone with him once trying to help the guy open a PDF file from the CrossFit Journal.

    I truly am getting stronger - 16.22 time for 3 rounds of 400 meter run (hugh for me) and 15 overhead squats with 35 lbs............I agonize all day over the workout before I even come to the stable...............and then I do it and go home proud of myself :)
