    OD AKA ORIGINAL DEB posting a time of 14.25 for the Midline Brutality workout with a weight of 55lbs. Anyone thinking about doing crossfit come on in because Samy is the best there is.........I challenge you to try it.......I still cannot believe an old lady like me can do what I am doing.........okay so maybe I am just a little proud of myself :)

    Thank you to Katie, Jill, RJ, Don PePe and the rest of the crew for providing such an awesome atmosphere of comradery and helping impart awesome instruction to our other athlete's when we get busy as hell. Every day I am blown away by how amazing this community is.

    Thank you everyone yesterday for making me feel so welcomed. It definitely helped me relax before the 4:00minn of hell I had to go through (and to think its just the beginning). Im just so thankful my apartment has an elevator!!! Looking forward to more tonite.
