Warm-up Drills (10.27.2009)
800m Run
12-9-6 reps each of
Kettlebell Swings (16kg)
Burpees
Box Jumps (20'')

"Tabata Something Else" (10.27.2009)
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

or
8 x Freestanding Handstand Time Trials

CrossFit Endurance WOD (10.27.2009)
Swim, Bike Run, or Row (C2)
1 min on x 1 min rest
1 min on x :50 rest
1 min on x :40 rest
1 min on x :30 rest
1 min on x :20 rest
1 min on x :10 rest
... then go back up the ladder until you finish with
1 min on x :50 rest
1 min on x Done

    Dear OD or shall i say "bodyshot", i read your post the otherday about you "taking it easy" before your cruise. Well here a few words of motivation.......LET YOUR MAN OUT... and STOP SANDBAGGING IT. you have a week to rest on your vacation. Finish the week strong youll be dissappointed if you dont.

    Score: 297- with Samy's Plate carrier (20lbs), and GHD situps instead of the abmat.
    Holy SUCKFEST. Loved every second of it. =)

    Billy the Tuff I miss you! You are absolutely right so I let my man out and came up with a score of 340 using the green band for pull ups. Also made 2:30 standing my head!!!!!!!!!!
