  1. Make sure everyone takes care of themselves this week. Plenty of rest and more attention to nutrition can only help prepare everyone for the next few very challenging WODs.

Samy, thank you. In my third month I finally feel like I'm starting to win the war even though many of the battles are hard fought. Although I couldn't imagine doing any of this without the competition and support of all the warriors, this is truely an effort unlike I've ever known against my own mind and body, and competing against myself the odds of loosing this war are deeply diminished with the passing of each WOD, and the knowledge and experience that comes with it.

    See you all tomorrow!

  9. Samy,
do you write the daily CFE WODs posted on the site? They don't match the Crossfitendurance.com ones and I think I like yours better.

  11. Chris, you have been more than crushing it lately which several of your mad house peers have noted, and while our family of athletes provides an environment of unrivaled intensity I think you should recognize that ''the credit goes to the man in the arena...'', you're still the one that wakes up and walks through those gates of hell every morning.

It's been a pleasure to watch our crew smash through personal bests and old scores, but what really makes it for me personally is the fact that everyone from noob to veteran is loving the journey.

Amazing PR's across the board today... oops, I think I've gone and been way to nice with this post. Either Khan or Troy need to step up and balance the equation.
