Pick one of the following named WODs and go slay yourself...

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats


"Mary"
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Warmup: 2000 M row @ 8:40ish, most fundamentals less medicine ball squats

fooled around with some kip attempts. can kinda see where / when it'll happen. still wary of elbow tweak.

5x kipping ring pullups
10x pushups
15x squats

10 rounds + 5 pullups & 10 pushups.

I feel like my pushups are getting better but they are still most definitely my rate limiting step.
