Right after everyone collapsed from the above WOD we finished up the "fundamentals" curriculum with Chalupa, who then turned around and blazed through the following classic Lvl 1 cert WOD:

-Medecine Ball Cleans (25lbs) x 7
-Push-ups x 7
Score 6 +5 reps
















The MMA Team takes a rematch with "Fight Gone Bad"
CrossFit.com: "In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. Clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes move to next station, one point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point."

wow samy.....nice dude. Those guys did that deadlift burpee WOD with the rx'd weight in those times? If so thats frican sick! good work guys, stay strong.

yeah dude, I was blown away...you think those times are good? Mike Molloy tore that WOD apart and scored a 4:02 the very first time he came down to visit us... before we had heat haha.
