Hey Crossfit NH! How is everyone? DAMN I miss you all. Well, except for Kyle.... You all have it sooo good at the stable! I'm starting to feel the frustrations of trying to get a real training day in at a "globo gym" style facility here on base.... SUCKS! Although, we do have an olympic lift station. I'm convinced that Matt MacDonald and I are the only ones who use it. Btw, boot camp sucks. Navy Boot camp involves nothing about combat.... REDICULOUS. Anyway, just wanted to say hey! Hopefully I'll be able to come home on leave and stop in and say hi. Keep training hard, and oh, MIke C, I no longer squat like a girl. Thanks for the criticism. =)
