Complete the following at your own pace
400m Run
15 x Squat Snatch (45lbs)
400m Run
15 x True Push-ups (use paralettes)

Complete five rounds for time of
7 x Muscle-ups
21 x Burpees
Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach.

Maplewood, Missouri Firefighter, Ryan Hummert, 22, was killed by sniper fire July 21st 2008 when he stepped off his fire truck responding to a call. He is survived by his parents Andrew and Jackie Hummert.

CrossFit Endurance WOD (08.19.2009)
4-6 Repeats for your choice of the following
Swim: 4 x 100m/y at best possible pace. Never slowing more than 3 sec per 100m/y + 3 x 200m/y at best possible pace. Never slowing more than 3 sec per 200m. Recover 30sec for 100m/y. Recover 1 min for 200m/y
Bike: 4 x 2 miles holding best possible pace. Never slowing more than 5sec in even/odd directions (if done outside). 2min recoveries.
Run: 6 x 400m holding best possible pace. Never slowing more than 3 sec from best interval. 2 min recoveries
C2: 6 x 500m holding best possible pace. Never slowing more than 3 sec from best interval. 2 min recoveries.

Ben, I'm working on it. I need to get a video editing program that is savvy enough to handle audio extraction and overlay. There is so much insane verbage going on loud as day that I can't post it without some doctoring... weird part is that I had nothing to do with the parts of the video that need editing, I must be hanging out with too many normies lately. I'm having nightmares about someday being considered palatable company.

for some video editing, "get a mac" is an answer.

also, i have some various conversion software to take a given given and do things to it, including conversion suitable for iphones and other devices, streaming, and such.
