Memorial Day ''Murph'' Hours will be in an Open Gym format from 9am-12noon. Come on by and show your support for the true meaning of today's holiday.

Complete the following for time
1 mile Run
100 x Pull-ups
200 x Push-ups
300 x Squats
1 mile Run


Notes: Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a 1 mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Cait and I did a team version of Murph at Crossfit Iron Spider in Salem, Ma.

Both teammates complete the runs, the reps are split down the middle. Only one person can complete work at a time, the other person must hold a 20# wall ball over head.
