I hope you don't miss me to much. I went to Front Range Crossfit here in Colorado (they are hosting the games this weekend). That is my daughters place and it is awesome. I think they were surprised I did as well as I did even in altitude. One of the guys actually has been following our stable as we progress! Will see you guys next week. OD
