I don't have those either...only bar I have access to is at the Y, and when I mentioned crossfit I got looks you wouldn't imagine. I was truly afraid for my life from the little grey haired lady behind the desk.

Just do what I did at the Y here, wear low brimmed hats, don't shave, and tie spears to your back... you will be able to do whatever the hell you want and no one will question you at all. Just be ready to score fast times so they can't call the police in before you finish.

Good call...Tomorrow I will:

1) Buy a pair of DC's as I am long overdue
2) Buy a low brimmed hat and do whatever I want
3) Grow a beard..and yes that will be complete tomorrow

K$: I know it sucks but once you buy bumper plates you can focus on max effort workouts..just do a met con, the most important thing is having an active lifestyle and also most of the things that apply to Samy do not apply to us..there is the normal (us), abnormal (globo guys) and Samy..,,stick with the normal:)

He would really enjoy if running didn't apply to him, and the whole ice cream eating thing. I think at a minimum I'll just do bar weight to work on technique, but we'll see how the day shakes out.
