"Cindy"

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 x Pull-ups
10 x Push-ups
15 x Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 x Handstand Push-ups
10 x One legged squats, alternating
15 x Pull-ups

CrossFit Endurance WOD Tosh(06.09.2009)
Swim: 3x(50m/y + 100m/y + 200m/y)
Bike: 3x(1/2mi + 1 mi + 2 mi)
Run: 3x( 200m + 400m + 600m)
C2: 3x( 250m + 500m + 700m)

Rest the exact time it takes you to do each interval in each set. EX. 200m run in 35 sec. rest 35 sec then 400m run, rest 400m time, run 600m, rest 600m time, run 200m, etc.

Notes: Unfortunately Raj needs to be a loner today as he gets a second chance at the Filthy 50...a personal vendetta for this young CrossFitting gunslinger.

Thats not funny. The north annex is scoring a bowflex this weekend for $100. I've got a lets just say LARGE buddy who bought it and used it 1X/yr for the last 4yrs. Its a sweet deal and heck we need someplace to hang our jackets.

CINDY - 10 Minutes of work and I gave you 7 rounds with an additional 5 pullups, 10 push ups and 10 squats. It was the most fun I have had all week ...............Do I lie well???

FIlthy 50- I am glad that i was able to complete the workout for the first time.. I lost my time mainly on K2E and Burpees..lets once my elbows get better i need to try it again in 3-4 months again- Time: 39:55

WOD: 2009-06-09 Cindy

mods for pullups at home were: Rock Rings, feet on floor, body at 30ish degree angle, straight legs

11 rounds

Warmup: some limbering and light movement, the WOD itself was warmup enough. drip drip drip.
