Notes: Those feeling frisky are invited to load their torso with 20-30 bonus lbs (weight vests). We will be using elevated hand positions for anyone that wishes to do so, making ROM a blissful experience.

175 lbs for deadlift, done in 6:04. 20 lb weight vest used. Awesome workout, mad excited for gear today :D :D :D :D

Mike, sign into your google profile, in the upper right hand corner you'll see a clickable link that says ''Dashboard''. Click on it and play around in there with the options, you should be able to load a profile image. I forgot about the little demon flesh-rending face I've got up there for mine... ahh, the memories.
Also, for those that are tired of typing in the password checker to post on our site (that keeps spammers away) you can permanently bypass that step by making an actual profile and ''following'' the CrossFit New Hampshire blog. I overheard some murmurings of discontent over the bot checker last week.
