I miss you guys. Don't think I am bailing on you because I am not! We have lost two people at work so the responsibilities are on the rest of us. I have been working 7 to 7 every night just trying to keep my head above water. This week looks to be the same. I miss my crossfit but don't worry I will be back with a vengeance.
