Well today is my brother's 22nd birthday so of coarse we had to do a WOD inspired by that. His roomates came up with 22 minute AMRAP of 400m run and 22 burpees. This WOD was especially fun due to the torrential thunderstorm we were expierencing.

AMRAP 22 minutes:
400m run
22 Burpees

4 rounds + 400m run and 6 burpees
