Swim: 12 min @ 95%

Prior deadlift PR was 265 lbs, did a few at 225 lbs for warmup/form

as for bars and weights... check out your local craigslist, or http://www.searchtempest.com/ which searches many craigslist options for you. search terms like:
oly bar
olympic bar
weights
olympic weights
plates
weight bumpers

and others... are sure to find a set cheap. even maybe kettlebells :)
