CrossFit Endurance Rest Day (07.04.2009)

Stable News I:

The last few days have been amazing down at the new Stable as we've been privileged to welcome several new athlete's into our family of CrossFitters. Our main priority as we move forward is to continue to provide the best level of professional instruction we can. Our constant measure of CrossFit New Hampshire's progress is the fitness advancement of each individual athlete, as we live and die by the success experienced on a daily basis within our walls. Being able to attend individually to each CrossFitter is something we consider paramount for more than just the quality of each new lesson, this is our family and we love being there to help everyone excel.
In order to maintain this level of community and instruction as our numbers continue to swell we are going to be moving to a more regimented time table in how we commence WODs.
Currently we operate from 3-8 pm, and within the next few days we will be adding three hours of class in the early morning.
We would ask that all of our athlete's think hard on what time works best for them and to speak personally with us about potential constraints in scheduling. Our goal is to have actual class times nailed down and every athlete signed up, beginner to veteran, by the next three day rotation.
Being able to group CrossFitters together in different hourly blocks will not only provide the coaches with an opportunity for detailed instruction prior to WODs, but will also give the athlete a solid and reliable schedule for attending our daily training.
Right now there are no restrictions on what times are available for sign up, and we want to make sure the athlete's we're already training are comfortable in their time slots before we start adding in all the new faces.
Please feel free to email me with questions or comments as we begin to organize ourselves in this new fashion.
Below I've listed the time slots available and we are looking forward to getting feedback from everyone.

Stable News II:
Congratulations to those that stuck with their Zone/Paleo prescription meal regimens for the first two weeks! We've all noticed the serious improvement across the board in both performance and body composition, keep up the excellent discipline and drive you've demonstrated so far.

Our CrossFitters have barely begun to realize their potential...

Katie's on timeout again.

Today was ridiculously awesome in the Stable, awesome response from everyone regarding signing up for specific hour times. Once we tighten up the hourly class schedule and get everyone one on the same page with monthly dues there won't be any stopping our horde of CrossFitters from continuing to build this madhouse of elite fitness.
