4-6x Repeats:
Swim: 4 x 100m/y at best possible pace. Never slowing more than 3 sec per 100m/y + 3 x 200m/y at best possible pace. Never slowing more than 3 sec per 200m. Recover 30sec for 100m/y. Recover 1 min for 200m/y
Bike: 4 x 2 miles holding best possible pace. Never slowing more than 5sec in even/odd directions (if done outside). 2 min recoveries.
Run: 6 x 400m holding best possible pace. Never slowing more than 3 sec from best interval. 2 min recoveries
C2: 6 x 500m holding best possible pace. Never slowing more than 3 sec from best interval. 2 min recoveries.

Hey Guys
I reached Mumbai saturday night and eat whatever i wanted till end of day sunday to get the cravings off my systems.
Since monday i have been eating fine..way less than what i should but at least i am not putting junk (rice)..
I just did my first WOD today and i did it in my building and kinda freaked out most of the people around
WOD July 16th
3 rounds for time
400 meters run
25 Push ups
25 sit ups
25 squats
Time:17:47
The fun part was every time i came to start my push ups after the run..everyone around me would give me way and there would be this silence which was annoying...i do miss the " F%$k you Gimdolf" energy we have at the stable..

nice to be back, and hopefully for a while :> don't know about today's WOD though. she scare me. i'll try though.
the new place is awesome. i'll have to take some special pictures, wide-angles, lots of light, all that :)
btw, i wish someone had TOLD me, i've been sitting by the old garage for weeks in the rain waiting for someone to come by ;)
