Stable News:
Tomorrow and Sunday we will be open normal hours (7am-10am & 4pm-8pm), remember that we run on a three on one off schedule, if it's a day of training then know we will be open for your self imposed slaughter.
If any changes in scheduling occur, as well as any other major operational changes, we will always post updates on the website as it's the easiest way to get everyone informed.
I know everyone was tender and sore from the last three day crucible, enjoy that rest and bring the lumber tomorrow.
P.S. Now that RaJ is gone we can have the ice-cream social that we've all been planning in secret.

Sounds like a team building excercise to me. Samy and I will feed each other ice cream with one hand, while defending our crotchal regions with the other from Andrew the 12 pound guided testical missile. This is a great way to establish trust on a very deep level.

Just because we like extreme challenges we have to do the above objective while also doing our patented double-person Kipping-pull-up of doom.

You've got two delicious options here, embrace not having a rower for now. It will add an awesome level of variance and creativity to the WODs that call for rowing, and your twisted mind will probably appreciate that.
Happy Meal Option 1:
Sub in 400m Running for 500m Rowing.
End result would be
800m Run
50 x Thrusters
30 x Pull-ups
Happy Meal Option 2:
I think this option would be much closer to an Rx'd Jackie due to very similar body mechanics between the SDHP's and Rowing.
1 x Sumo Deadlift High Pull (45lbs) per 10 meters of Rowing is a perfect substitution.
End result would be
100 x Sumo Deadlift High Pull (45lbs)
50 x Thrusters
30 x Pull-ups
If your range of motion can safely accomodate the added challenge then there would be no reason not to take each SDHP rep to the top of your feet... just a thought.

So apparently Samy didn't remember that I was going to Maine with my family. He's going to have to trust that I will still do crazy **** out here. Don't worry bearded one, I'll return to the Stable before you know it.
I forgot to add that I will be bringing the lumber 110% the day I get back. And every day from that point on until I get that Red Beret I'm working towards for that matter.
