You scream mid movement, we use a chloroform soaked rag to calm you down and drop you off at the Emergency Room for treatment once you are sleepy and unresponsive. After you recover you come back and retry the WOD that had previously slain you.
Cha-Cha: Go easy on yourself, no need to always put yourself behind the 8-ball because of mental stress... and believe me, you are not the only one that does that! Example: Don PePe used to get down on himself all the time and his WODs were tough to watch, once he crossed that line and just embraced the challenge of developing elite athleticism he began to really accelerate to the next level. Several people have commented, and I agree with them, that your technique and form across all your movements has improved by leaps and bounds over the last week or so. You've definitely settled into the groove of things, so just show up, surrender yourself to CrossFit and enjoy the hell out of this ride. It wont be long until you are kicking cars straight off the planet.
