800m Sprint Repeats (05.09.2009)
Complete four rounds for time of:
800 meter run

Rest as needed between efforts. 
If you notice your times are getting worse as you go add increase your rest between rounds. Approach this WOD just like any other max effort single rep scheme day for Olympic/Powerlifts.

Post times for each round and the amount of rest taken to comments.

Total 19:17 => 3200 meters => 2 miles (1.998387)

last half during a raging 400 mph thunderboomer with rain and wind and frogs and toto

rest between rounds was enough to get wind back, write the lap # down, and reset the nike/ipod thing to another 800 M loop; call it 2-3 minutes. didn't want to wait all day due to rain/etc.
