Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
You have seven attempts to set single rep maximal records for the Push Jerk.
If an attempt is failed then notate the result for that set in your log book and make a calculated adjustment to load (if needed) before moving onto your next attempt.
Across the board we've seen 30-60lb increases in maximal and submaximal load capacity for our athletes in various movements (Deadlift, Front Squats, Box Squats, etc.) with three weeks or less of CrossFitting.

This will be an exciting WOD for our Savages to tackle as it will demonstrate how proficiency in technique can at times prove more potent than a simple increase raw strength or power. We can't wait to see who brings the lumber.

it feels really heavy, and a little scary. it's going to force my form into shape, because really, it was a bad Push Press up until about 135, 155 got my attention.
more dip, better dive... FULLY open hips (BD!) - get that good, and i'm gold for 30 more pounds easy ;) *cough cough* in reading up, really pushing under the bar is the payoff skill to learn. time is time.
thanks guys, today was fun!

This was a great workout. I've never done this exercise before, so I'm feeling pretty good about where I left off.
